production facility will match Nordic standards and quality.
Greenfield construction of a state-of-the-art factory producing glued wood panels,
components, and beams.

• Factory employs all the benefits of Industry 4.0: Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial
  Intelligence (AI), cyber-physical systems, and big data analytics. Factory uses
  automation, fully-integrated of digital technology, data exchange, and smart systems
  alongside well-trained, experienced workers.
• Production efficiency to match top Nordic factories in efficiency and capacity per
  employee. (Current Estonian factories perform at 25-50% of Nordic benchmark.)
• Production lines fully-automated requiring 75% less labor than competing factories.
• Located in eastern Estonia, city of Kohta-Järve, Ida-Virumaa county, an area marked
  for EU development and filled with highly-skilled labor.
• Land for construction is under contract.
• Planned annual production volume: 54,100 CBM (using 2 shifts).
